Las Vegas Splash Pads 2026

Every splash pad in the valley — City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Clark County. Hours, addresses, and real local tips.

Back to Guides

Summer in Las Vegas is no joke. When it hits 110°F, you need a plan. The good news: the Las Vegas valley has over 24 free splash pads spread across four jurisdictions — and every single one is free.

This guide covers every verified splash pad across the City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and unincorporated Clark County — with real hours, addresses, and tips from parents who've been there. No fake data. No guessing. Just what's actually open and when.

2026 update: The City of Las Vegas opened several splash pads early this spring due to extreme heat arriving ahead of schedule. Always confirm hours on the official parks website before a trip — closures for maintenance can happen anytime.

Summer Survival Tips for Splash Pad Days

Sunscreen. Sunscreen. Sunscreen.
Apply 30 minutes before you leave the house. Reapply every 90 minutes. The water washes it off faster than you think.
Go early — seriously early
By noon, the concrete surrounding splash pads is too hot for bare feet. Aim to arrive before 9:30am and leave by 11am.
Bring water shoes
Rubber-soled water shoes protect little feet from hot concrete. They're a $10 investment that saves a lot of tears.
Pack snacks — way more than you think
You'll be there longer than you planned. Kids who are eating are kids who aren't ready to leave. Bring double what you think you need.
Hydrate from the start
Your kids are running in the sun. Bring cold water and make them drink before they feel thirsty. The heat here is real.
Bring your own shade
Some pads have shade structures, many don't have enough. A pop-up canopy or beach umbrella for your base camp changes the whole experience.
Rash guards are your friend
UPF 50+ rash guards mean less sunscreen reapplication. Especially for fair-skinned kids, this is a game changer.
Bring a change of clothes
The drive home in wet swimwear gets old fast. A dry outfit in a bag takes 30 seconds to prepare and saves a meltdown.
